Meet Our Founder

In 2004, our founder, Tom Natoli, started Integrity Employee Leasing in a warehouse with zero clients and a big vision: providing clients with administrative support and great customer service so that they could focus on running their businesses. To build the clientele for the fledgling company, Tom invested his time and energy into pounding the pavement.


Visiting small businesses across Southwest Florida and introducing them to Integrity’s services paid off. Sixteen years later, we’ve grown to be one of the nation’s leading professional employer organizations (PEOs), successfully helping business owners achieve their goals and objectives. Most importantly, Tom’s vision of providing exceptional, responsive back-office services remains just as integral to our company’s mission as the day we opened our doors.
