This summer, Florida Trend named Integrity Employee Leasing to its prestigious “Best Companies to Work for in Florida” list. A partnership between Florida Trend and the Workforce Research Group, the Best Companies to Work for in Florida is a survey and awards program that honors employers in Florida that are making their workplaces great.

One of the leading professional employer organizations (PEOs) in the nation, Integrity Employee Leasing understands the importance of treating each employee with fairness and honesty. Far beyond a surface-level commitment, the company demonstrates its sincere dedication to team members by actively providing specialized personal and professional development, training and resources, along with an outstanding benefits package and great team communication. This has resulted in a fun, diverse workplace culture with happy, productive employees.

“Integrity has proudly built a culture that sustains employee retention. In addition to all the great benefits we offer our employees, such as employee concierge services, workplace celebrations or counseling classes, we have an active employee volunteer program, host food and toy drives and provide opportunities for charitable giving,” said Edith Long, executive vice president, Integrity Employee Leasing. “Support from our leaders allows a strong focus on continuous commitment to team collaboration, professional development, transparency, employee satisfaction and fun.”

With nearly 50 internal employees and more than 15,000 leased employees across 18 states, Integrity Employee Leasing is one of the fastest-growing professional employer organizations (PEO) in the nation. Each member of our team takes pride in providing entrepreneurs and business owners with comprehensive PEO services designed to help companies of all sizes thrive.

  • Payroll administration
  • HR & workforce management
  • Workers’ compensation
  • Risk management
  • Online payroll processing
  • Insurance and employee benefits
  • Franchises
  • Bookkeeping
  • Timekeeping

These services are provided by the best experts in the PEO industry, with national credentials and decades of experience. Together, we serve our clients through a company-wide commitment to responsive customer service, quality and value and, above all, integrity. From the executive leadership team to our front-desk receptionist, you can trust us to be upfront and honest every step of the way.

These shared ethics and values are the primary reason why our employees named Integrity Employee Leasing as one of the best companies to work for. To earn the recent “Best Companies to Work for in Florida” award, each team member took an anonymous survey that included 72 statements on a five-point scale, two open-ended questions and seven demographic questions. The questions focused on eight themes: Leadership and planning, corporate culture and communications, role satisfaction, work environment, relationship with supervisor, training and development, pay and benefits and overall engagement.

The overwhelmingly positive response placed Integrity Employee Leasing in the top-ranking companies by Florida Trend. “It’s clear to me that there’s a strong appreciation for the values and beliefs that we share as a company family, and that is truly the greatest reward. We will continue to make a difference for our employees as well as within the communities where we live and work,” said Robert Hensley, CEO of Integrity Employee Leasing.

Giving back to the community is among the criteria for earning the award. Integrity recently established the Integrity Charitable Foundation to provide financial support for various nonprofit organizations who have a positive influence and impact on the community.

“By establishing the Foundation, Integrity Employee Leasing’s employees, as well as its clients, have the option to participate in tax-deductible donations through payroll deductions and individual contributions. Our employees have responded positively to this opportunity, as well as to our continued focus on professional growth, work-life balance and commitment to our core values,” Robert explained.

Today, Integrity Employee Leasing is on track for double-digit growth in 2022. In fact, Integrity recently launched an online insurance comparison platform to help business owners conveniently shop and bundle insurance coverage, preparing a competitive quote and policy resources within 72 hours. Check back next month for a blog post that will help you better understand this convenient tool for franchise owners, as well as those planning for employee insurance and benefits.
