Integrity Employee Leasing is pleased to share that the company’s charitable fund, Integrity Charitable Foundation, raised $34,415.21 through employee donations in 2022. The Foundation donated the money to Better Together, the Foundation’s 2021-2022 nonprofit organization of choice.
“The support from Integrity Charitable Foundation allows us to further our mission of keeping families together and keeping children out of foster care through programs that empower parents to find employment and provide a loving, safe and supportive foundation for their children,” said Megan Rose, CEO of Better Together. “Thanks to the generosity of Integrity Employee Leasing and its employees, Better Together can purchase food, clothing and other necessities that children will need while they are in our care temporarily while we mentor parents toward stability. By addressing the root causes of their struggle – finding a job, securing housing, childcare, treatment and more – they can reunite as a family with the tools and support system to thrive.”
Integrity Charitable Foundation was established in 2021 by Integrity Employee Leasing, one of the fastest-growing Professional Employer Organization (PEO) companies in the nation providing financial support for various nonprofit organizations who have a positive influence and impact on the community.
In addition to food and basic necessities, the donations helped Better Together purchase interview clothing for its Second Chance job fair connecting 393 job seekers to work. Additionally, school supply drives served 85 children with the materials they needed to succeed, and a toy drive gave 37 kids gifts for Christmas.
“At Integrity Employee Leasing, we are committed to helping children and their parents thrive where we live and work,” said Christopher Naylon, CFO of Integrity Employee Leasing and president of Integrity Charitable Foundation. “For that reason, we started the Integrity Charitable Foundation and partnered this year with Better Together in support of its mission to empower people through better families and better jobs.”
Since 2015, Better Together has served more than 4,000 children and 34,000 job seekers through the privately funded organization’s two successful programs, Better Families and Better Jobs.
