Integrity Employee Leasing Again Named Among Best Places to Work in SWFL

For the second time in three years, Integrity Employee Leasing has been named one of the region’s Best Places to Work in Southwest Florida by Gulfshore Business magazine. The Charlotte County-based business is one of the country’s fastest-growing professional employer organization (PEO) companies, with 51 internal employees and more than 8,500 leased employees across 21 states.

Best Places to Work in Southwest Florida is a research-driven program from Best Companies Group that examines a submitted company’s practices, programs and benefits. Employee surveys on such factors as company leadership, corporate culture, pay and benefits and overall engagement account for 75% of a company’s score.

Employees at Integrity Employee Leasing ranked the company in the 90th percentile or higher on those four measures. Individuals also reported high marks for role satisfaction; relationships with supervisors; and the availability of training, development and resources to enhance job performance and company growth. Open-ended comments on the survey focused on the company’s employee-centric, family-oriented culture, recognition efforts and commitment to professional growth and development.

Now celebrating its 20th year in business, Integrity Employee Leasing has prioritized its employees from the very start. It all started with a commitment to treating each employee with fairness and honesty, demonstrating this dedication to team members by actively providing specialized personal and professional development, training and resources, along with an outstanding benefits package and great team communication. This has resulted in a fun, diverse workplace culture with happy, productive employees.

Integrity employees enjoy a variety of benefits, including company lunches, regular birthday celebrations, company BBQs, holiday employee appreciation gifts and a monthly peer-to-peer recognition program. The company also provides 6% 401(k) match, paid life, short-term and long-term disability insurance and a 75% health insurance contribution. Plus, the company now works a shortened work week, with employees leaving for the weekend at noon every Friday, which adds hundreds of paid time off hours for employees.

According to Gulfshore Business, Integrity and the other 22 businesses recognized this year stand out for serving their employees every bit as well as they care for their customers and clients. More than just earning business in their markets, all of these employers also earned high scores for how they manage, motivate and retain the people who make their businesses run.

“At Integrity Employee Leasing, we strive to lead by example,” said CEO Robert Hensley. “As a PEO partner, our services are designed to preserve our clients’ valuable time so they can focus on what matters most – growing a thriving business. And as a business of our own, we realize that our dedicated and loyal employees are our most valuable asset. That’s what makes this recognition so special.”

Since opening its doors in 2004, Integrity Employee Leasing has helped companies of all sizes grow and thrive by providing entrepreneurs and business owners with comprehensive PEO services. These services are provided by the best experts in the PEO industry, with national credentials and decades of experience.

Throughout it all, Integrity maintains a company-wide commitment to responsive customer service, quality and value and, above all, integrity. From the executive leadership team to the front-desk receptionist, this PEO partner treats customers in an upfront and honest manner – every step of the way.

These shared ethics and values are the primary reason why employees named Integrity Employee Leasing as one of the best places to work. “It’s clear to me that there’s a strong appreciation for the values and beliefs that we share as a company, and that is truly the greatest reward. We will continue to make a difference for our employees as well as within the communities where we live and work,” said Robert Hensley, CEO of Integrity Employee Leasing.
