About Our History

Tom Natoli
Founder and Chairman

Integrity Employee Leasing started many years ago as the vision of one man: Thomas Natoli, our founder and chairman. Born in Concord, New Hampshire, Tom started his career in Saratoga Springs, New York. After gaining experience in the supermarket industry as a general store manager, Tom followed his retired parents to Port Charlotte in 1990. 

 

In 1996, he took a sales position with First Financial Employee Leasing (FFEL), a startup professional employer organization (PEO). During his time there, Tom played an instrumental role in business development, helping the company to become one of the top 10 PEOs in the state of Florida. Thanks to his keen insight and exceptional performance, Tom quickly rose through the ranks. He received numerous internal promotions and thoroughly learned the business before landing the position of company president in 1999.

 

After many years, Tom realized the time had arrived to start fresh. He founded Integrity Employee Leasing, which opened its doors on December 16, 2004. The business grew quickly, thanks to its active, daily commitment to providing its clients with quality, value, responsiveness, and – above all – integrity.
